One Way is a general contracting firm specializing in the food service industry. Our experience in restaurant construction extends from quick service (fast food) restaurants and casual dining to fine dining. With over twenty years of experience in this industry, we are well diverse in dealing with all the complexities involved; such as ADA compliance, Health Department, and Fire Department codes. Our in-house crew’s handle everything from rough carpentry through fine finishes. We also install millwork and furniture packages. We understand that completing each project on time and on budget is of utmost importance.
